License and Rights
By purchasing a license, you receive:
- The right to use the product within an unlimited number of your own commercial applications, regardless of the number of users and transactions, with no time limit;
- Executable code with clear, detailed instructions and documentation in English;
- Consultations during the integration of the product into your software solution;
- A one-year warranty period;
- Updates and free removal of any potential bugs within the warranty period;
- Customer support for the entire duration of the warranty period.
After expiration, the warranty period can be extended for another 12 months by purchasing a new license.
For production work, the fiscalization entity is responsible for obtaining production digital certificates issued by the competent certification authority for that country (such as CIS in Croatia, FURS in Slovenia, or SEP in Montenegro). The acquisition of these certificates is the sole responsibility and cost of the fiscalization entity, regardless of the Fisver license purchase.
Issuing test certificates is free, but you, as the developer/integrator of your software solution, must request them yourself.
A license is purchased separately for each country in which you wish to register invoices.
